I had the pleasure of working with AJ at GXVE by Gwen Stefani for a couple of years. AJ is not only one of the most passionate, caring, dedicated employees I have ever had the pleasure of managing but he goes above and beyond with everything he does. No task is too large or too small and he is always eager to learn something new. Thank you AJ for all of your curiosity and partnership over the years and I cannot wait to see what is next!

I had the pleasure of working with AJ at Juice Beauty. His addition to the team brought a new level to our customer service. He clearly set up protocol and established fantastic benchmarks. He leveled up the customer service experience and took on many tasks to help us deliver a better experience for our customers needing assistance and follow through. He would be a valued asset to any organization.

AJ is the rare combination of both a builder and maintainer. He started out as one of the first 10 people in the Phoenix COE and bulit Incident Response from the ground up. He quickly transcended customer service and laid the foundation for what would become the elite investigations unit he is now a part of. Mastering one line of business was not enough for AJ though.

In between his time as an Incident Response rep and Special Investigator, AJ launched and developed the social support strategy for Uber and later UberEATS. A perfectionist and team player (he voluntarily worked nights when we were short staffed), AJ is an asset to any organization.

I have had the pleasure to work with AJ for the past 3 years. During this time he has produced the highest quality of work, shown customer obsession at a paramount level, and motivated and lead coworkers through the bad and the good. Because of this, he has consistently been called upon to act as a point of contact with stakeholders, lead projects, and handle the most sensitive issues. With that being said, I'd endorse AJ for any opportunity that he has in sight.

It is my pleasure to be writing a recommendation for AJ. His attention to detail and passion for his work made him an irreplaceable asset as we worked together to solve some of Uber's toughest problems. His day to day work of handling the most urgent of issues on that platform could have easily been met with negativity and disdain but AJ's positive attitude towards his work is what has helped him to become the longest tenured member of the PHX COE.

He is always willing to lend a helping hand to his peers and manage upwards whenever necessary. He has single handedly implemented process and policy within his field that has helped moved the entirety of the community operations organization forward. AJ would be a beneficial member of any team lucky enough to have him.

AJ has the distinction of being Uber's very first Incident Response hire, and he's definitely helped set the standard and tone for others to follow. AJ has a warmth and charisma to him that comes across in every customer interaction he has. Additionally, he has shown himself adept at handling extremely difficult and complex support issues, all the while helping those around him to improve and develop as support agents.

AJ has proven to be a great asset to Uber's support efforts as he's held multiple positions within the organization demonstrating his versatility and passion for helping others. He continues to push himself to grow professionally as he never seems to shy away from new challenges. AJ understands what makes for good customer support and through his experience and willingness to help and mentor others, can be a significant contributor to any support team.

AJ is one of the hardest working people I have ever met! With his passion for customer service and attention to detail, AJ will quickly become one of your most dependable teammates. He is eager to improve the processes around him and consistently works on building new skills. I have seen firsthand the positive impact he can have on his teammates and managers, and I don't see any signs of his energy and passion going away any time soon.

I had the pleasure of working with AJ for just over a year. From the very beginning, he made his intentions to move up within the company clear. His tremendous work ethic and ability to learn and master his craft allowed him to quickly escalate on the promotion path. AJ was always looking for the next opportunity to further his knowledge and take on more responsibility throughout the team. Any time I needed help on a project, I knew that I could count on him to get the job done timely and properly.

He will be greatly missed and a huge value to any company that he is associated with in the future!

AJ is a phenomenal individual that puts his whole heart and mind into his work.
